We set no cookies
Carolo sets no cookies. The site has no Google Analytics and no advertising tags.
Cookies are small files that websites can place on a device. They can be used to remember settings or recognise a visitor. This site does not use them.
Counting visits
We may count visits using a small script of our own. It stores nothing on your device and uses no identifier.
It sends only the kind of page visited, a general source and which form steps were reached. That source may be search, direct, ad or the name of a referring website. It does not send your form answers as part of the visit count.
Keeping your form answers in the tab
While you complete the form, your answers sit in session storage in your own browser tab until you submit them. Session storage is browser storage, separate from cookies.
This storage is cleared at the end of the tab session. Closing the tab before submitting may mean you need to enter your answers again.
Once you submit the form, the information you send is handled under our privacy policy. Clearing your browser storage does not delete information already submitted.
